 —> frees us from anger, fear, intolerance

2. True Happiness

 Commit to practicing generosity in my thinking (taught to hide what I think)

        my speaking (taught to please others)

        my actions/behavior (please others) 

Happiness —> depends on my mental attitude

 if my choices deny my truth, will I experience happiness?

3. True Love

 Cultivate: loving-kindness

 compassion

 joy

 inclusiveness

4. Loving Speech and Deep Listening

 KNOWING that words create happiness OR suffering, 

 I am Committed to Speaking

 - truthfully

 - using words that inspire confidence

       joy

       hope

I am Committed to Listening compassionately

 from True Love (#3)

5. Nourishing and Healing (This occurs in the present moment.)

Commit to cultivating good health

—> mental, emotional, physical

       —> for myself and others
